Unlocked cell phone (East New york)

I am a single parent that is recently unemployed and has extremely limited income , and I mean limited to survival. Recently I dropped my phone an icey sidewalk which it cracked completely and got soaked with slush. It was destroyed and I cannot afford to get anything from anywhere. I've tried all my options and the cost is to much. I am using my neighbors phone to access this app. I have a sim card with service all I need is any type of unlocked phone to use with my sim card. I don't care what condition or type as long as it works , unlocked , and your willing to part with it. I am a parent and having a phone is a must for many reasons that I shouldn't have to explain. If anyone can help please I would greatly appreciate it , I know this sounds and looks ridiculous but I have no other options and I'm praying things will work out.
