Narrow strip of unused doormat - you could cable-tie it round a brick or similar to make a boot scraper - keep outside the back door for the gardener of the house?
Or glue it to a board or round a tube to make a cat scratcher.
Or put on the back wall of the garage to protect your car?
Nail it to a board and keep in the shed to clean tools etc?
Such a shame to bin it!
