Seam sealer and repair adhesive for holes and tears in flexible materials - tents, awnings, waterproofs, rucksacks, backpacks etc.
It is unopened but a good couple of years old, so there is a chance that it may be set, but the tube isn’t hard so it’s probably perfectly usable.
