I am giving away a box and a bag of food, to 2 people (meaning, you can get either the box or the bag). The contents are more or less evenly matched, with each including a combination of: soup, canned tomatoes, pasta or flour/yeast, biscuits/snacks, tea etc.

Note that most of the items being given away will be past their best before date. This just means they might not be as tasty as items just bought from the store. Please do not respond to this listing if this is a problem for you.

Pick up is mostly any day, from 1 PM onwards, we just need to agree on a date and time. We are in Epping, CM16 post code.
