Unused and boxed. Bought for new doorbell but found I did not need it.
Installation is by either using an adhesive pad (included) or by drilling and screwing to wall (wall plugs and screws included). Instructions for installation are on the leaflet.
Also included are packing pieces so unit can accommodate various doorbell types and security screws and screw driver).
