Calibrated gauge in p.s.i. and bar to 300 p.s.i./ 21 bar. Can be used to inflate car and bicycle tyres, footballs, air bed etc. (adapters included).

Free: Emergency survival bag (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Unused and still in its sealed bag. 198 x 91.5cm (78 x 36 inches). A survival bag is a lightweight, compact waterproof and windproof bivy used by walkers to reduce body heat loss and protect against extreme weather in emergencies. Often brightly colored for high visibility, it serves as a crucial line of defense against hypothermia if an injury or delay occurs.

Free: Reading glasses (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Pair of half moon reading glasses with cases. Both are 4.0 diopters. Very good condition as have hardly been worn as I found them unsuitable for me.

Free: Large garden tray (Beckenham BR3) Gifted 120 cm long x 55 cm wide x 5 cm deep. Black plastic in very good condition. Used for putting plant pots in at previous house. No longer required. Would also be useful in a greenhouse.

Free: Hammock on steel stand (Beckenham BR3) Gifted In good condition and clean as has been used very little. Stored in loft so the storage bag is a bit dusty. Frame size appropriately 220 cm long and 70 cm wide. Easy to assemble if you follow the included instructions. It took me only 5 minutes to put it together. Maximum person weight 150 kg. When all the parts are packed in the bag it is rather heavy weighing 7 kg. Storage bag is 75 cm long. I recommend collecting in a vehicle.

Free: Cement mixing tray (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Cement mixing tray. This has been used quite a bit but is still fit for purpose. Useful to contain the mess! Maximum diameter 104 cm (41 inches).

Free: Clothes Rail (Beckenham BR3) Gifted White metal clothes rail in excellent condition as I have only used it for a few months to hang clothes whilst an old fitted wardrobe was removed and a new one installed. No longer needed. The clothes rail is 160cm high, 100cm wide and 41cm deep. The hanging rail for clothes can hold up to 40 kg, there are two hooks at either side, a storage rack at the bottom and it has wheels so it can be moved easily. Instruction sheet included. Dismantled and packed in a box which is quite heavy - weight nearly 4kg.

Free: Swimming fins (flippers) (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Tribord swimming fins (flippers) in very good condition as they have only been used a few times. They are suitable for swimming or snorkeling but not diving. They are lightweight so suitable to pack in a suitcase for a holiday. The have full shoes and would fit UK shoe size 8/8.5.

Free: Garden planter (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Concrete garden planter in good condition except for hairline crack - see photo. Has a design with birds and plants on the outside. Approximate dimensions: width 39cm (15ins), height 31cm (12ins). Heavy so you will.need a vehicle to collect!

Free: Garden planter (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Elho garden planter with 3 sections. Good condition. Was used for herbs but would be good for other smallish plants. Approximate dimensions: maximum width 42cm (16ins), height 18cm (6ins).

Free: Shopping trolley (Beckenham BR3) Gifted This shopping trolley is generally in a good condition as it has not been used much. However, although the bag is in good condition the strap attaching the top of the bag to the frame has had to be repaired as the stitching came undone. It has a zipped pocket at the back and the wheels run well. I have recently bought a larger one so it is no longer required.

Free: Step ladder/short ladder (Beckenham BR3) Gifted Step ladder which converts into a short ladder. Used but still serviceable. Made of aluminium. 1.93m (6.3ft) in closed position Length of ladder is about 9ft - the roof in the photo is 2.62m (8ft 6in) high.

Consists of 2 rollers (one large and one small) both of which can be filled with paint. The large roller has a handle which is in 3 sections so the length can be altered. There is also a handle for the small roller. The set includes a jug and a instruction leaflet.

Installation is by either using an adhesive pad (included) or by drilling and screwing to wall (wall plugs and screws included). Instructions for installation are on the leaflet.
