Yamaha sub-woofer model number NS-WSW120. The device is believed to be in working order. It is possible there is a small model car my grandson poked inside the device caught up in the internal foam sound deadening material. Probably best if someone taking the woofer is prepared to do some dismantling to attempt to find the offending item.
