A little noisy when spinning which is possibly due to one of the suspension legs failing. I understand this is not expensive to replace. Dimensions are D 580mm x W 600mm x H 840 mm. The drum capacity is 8 kg. The instruction manual is with the machine.

It is possible there is a small model car my grandson poked inside the device caught up in the internal foam sound deadening material. Probably best if someone taking the woofer is prepared to do some dismantling to attempt to find the offending item.
