This is an old computer, you will need a bit of patience with this one. I have installed Windows 10 on it but it runs too slowly, so in place of Windows I have installed Zorin Linux Educational as the operating system.
You can do all the normal things like internet browsing, office tasks and homework, it will just be a bit different and you will have to learn where things are.
It also features lots of educational programs for all ages.
Please Google Zorin Educational and have a look to see if this might be of use to you.

Cpu is pentium G645, HDD is 80gb, ram is 4GB
Comes with power supply. Not WiFi. No other parts.
