Faux-Leather Arm Chair (Wilstone HP23)

It's in reasonable condition, probably could do with a good wash down.
The fabric panel underneath is torn a bit.

This chair is very heavy and will require two a minimum of two people to move it. It is
in a building down the garden approx 60m from where you can park a van.
I can facilitate the process by holding doors, clearing the way etc, but I am not
able to provide any lifting assistance.
