Free: Ikea Bed Frame and Mattress (Wilstone HP23) Gifted Ikea Double Bed (Leirvik) with Mattress (Vesteröy) Bottom sections of the legs feel "slightly wobbly" whilst being assembled. But once it's all together it seems fine. Note that I accidentally took the main bed photo before removing the mattress cover. By the time I realised it was too late to put it all back together to re-take the photo. So, for the avoidance of doubt, whilst the mattress itself IS included the mattress cover IS NOT included. The mattress is less than two years old and has been on a "spare bedroom" bed. As such, it's only been used a few times when we have had guests visiting. Free: Faux-Leather Arm Chair (Wilstone HP23) Withdrawn It's in reasonable condition, probably could do with a good wash down. The fabric panel underneath is torn a bit. Approx Dimensions (cm): Footprint - 88w x 80d Seat Height - 44 Arm Height - 52 Back Height - 87 Seat Size - 42w x 55d This chair is very heavy and will require two a minimum of two people to move it. It is in a building down the garden approx 60m from where you can park a van. I can facilitate the process by holding doors, clearing the way etc, but I am not able to provide any lifting assistance.

Free: Convector Heater (Heatstore) (Wilstone HP23) Gifted Heatstore Convector heater. Integral themostat and settings for 750W, 1250W and 2kW. It's a little bit discoloured on the top due to past usage, and has a red mark on one side. Recently tested and had the dust blown out, may still be a little smelly at first.

One of the grilles to the top right is slightly depressed and there are a couple of small paint scratches. Recently tested and had the dust blown out, may still be a little smelly at first.

Free: Fridge (Wilstone HP23) Gifted Silver-coloured fridge as illustrated. It is in working order although it needs a good clean. Unfortunately the shelf that covers the vegetable tray at the bottom is missing.

Free: DVD Player / Recorder (Wilstone HP23) Gifted Toshiba model D-R17DT-K-TB. It's a DVD Player and Recorder including Rewritable DVD's. Cables included but the remote control and manuals have been lost. It's been along time since this was used and, whilst I have every reason to assume it still works, I have no way to test it.

Free: Reproduction Bureau / Writing Desk (Wilstone HP23) Gifted Reproduction Bureau / Writing Desk as illustrated. 91cm wide, 50cm deep extending to 55cm in the centre. Desk is 77cm high, shelves are 20cm on top of that. Please note, for transport reasons, that this does not dismantle in any way.
