Drawers on wheels.
I came across this while on a walk.
It will need a bit of seeing to probably some sanding/cleaning and it's got a slight wobble to it so may need to tighten some screws.
I looked but was unable to locate the two missing drawers.
If there's anyone out there who knows how to build drawers and wants to take it on as a upcycling project, let me know.
Another option would be to remove the two bottom drawer runners and just fill in the bottom, maybe with a bit of ply, then you could use that part to store things.
