Hepworth & Sons Bathe Bathroom Wall Mounted Holder. It has two points where it can be hung from screws mounted to a wall or the like. Could be used to hold hand towels or similar. Kenwood Blender Jug. This was included with a bunch of other kitchen related items I picked up but it turned out it was only the blenders jug and the machine part had not been included. I don't what model it is as there is no identification information on the jug itself but according to Kenwood it should be compatible with the following machines. Corner Glass Display Cabinet. (Lipson PL4)
Dimensions: Height 187cm Width 64cm Depth 40cm I've got a corner display cabinet with a glass door, glass shelves, mirrors and and internal light hough it will need to be re-wired as the lead has been cut at some point prior to me acquiring it. Something to note there is a single light fixture but the reflection in the mirrors makes it look like there are three in the photos. It has some chips to the woodwork and small chip to the corner of one of the glass shelves (see photos). The door has dropped slightly I've tried adjusting the hinges multiple times but I can't seem to get it quite right so this may need some additional adjustment. It is very heavy and will require multiple people, two at the very least to load/unload it in and out of a vehicle as well as when assembling it. It comes in two sections which sit on top of each other, in order to place the two sections together you will need at least two people one or two to lift the top section and another to help guide it down into place, there is a series of dowels which allow it to slot together. For it to be transported I would suggest that the glass shelves as well as the glass in the door be removed to avoid any damage to them, removing the glass from the door and replacing it is fairly straightforward and can show you how to do it if needed when you collect it. Wii Balance Board - Not In Working Order (Lipson PL4)
- Not in working order, may not be fixable, if this is not deemed a suitable item to post I will happily remove it. - Wii Balance Board (Model RVL-021). The compartment where the batteries go has noticeable corrosion on the battery contact points. Whether it would be as simple as replacing these components in order to get it working again or not I don't know but if someone would like to have a go it's yours. Collection from PL4 Greenbank. Mornings are generally preferable for me I'm typically available from 8:30 onwards, if you're unable to do mornings we'll work something else out.

Sofa bed (missing mattress). (Lipson PL4)
Posting on behalf of my sister. Cream colored Sofa Bed which is missing the mattress but is still usable as a sofa. Some of the springs have rust on them and cushions have some pen marks on them the covers are removable. The color of the sofa in the photos looks different due to lighting differences when the photos were taken but the color is closer to what is shown in the first photo. Round Table (Important (Lipson PL4)
Round Table. Top is wood while the legs are metal. The top has some damage to the edges and the legs have some rust on the bottom on them. The table top has previously ripped out of it's fixing points so I've secured it back in place with new holes but as the top is fairly thin there isn't much material for the screws for fix into so if I'm able to get some prior to the table being collected I'm going to install some brackets to provide a stronger hold into it. Tiled Wooden Table, 1 Missing Leg (Lipson PL4)
- Need gone as soon as possible. - Tiled Wooden Table. It has short legs and one of them is missing so either this could be replaced with an appropriate replacement/alternative or the three remaining legs could be removed and either replaced with other appropriate sized legs or the table top could possibly be placed on top of another table. The wood has some cosmetic damage and one of the tiles has a chip/crack on it (see photos). Ikea Table Top it's missing the legs but I imagine it would be possible to install some new ones or could just use some sawhorses. Relatively lightweight but feels fairly solid (note it's not solid wood). The labels have peeled off and I can't remember what the table was called. It has some cosmetic damage but not loads. Vintage Chinese Style Wooden Cabinet (Lipson PL4)

- Need gone as soon as possible as its currently blocking access to under my stairs as I have nowhere else to store it. - Vintage Solid Wood Cabinet with Chinese Symbol on the door. Structurally in good condition however it does unfortunately have some noticeable cosmetic blemishes including some white paint of some sort on one side, which I imagine would be removable (see photos). The original door handle was missing so I've replaced it with what I had to hand but I think something more in keeping with the style of the cabinet would look better maybe something in brass. Books: 500 Fabulous Cakes and Bakes by Hermes House. Everyday Low Carbs Cooking by Alex Hass I've got two food related books which were included with some others items I picked up recently I have no use for them myself so wanted to see if anyone else could make use of them. I should note I don't know how these were stored prior to me acquiring them only that they do smell a bit musty and they have some marks on them so please take this into consideration before requesting them. Table with grey stone pattern finish. Dimensions: Table top Length 117cm x Width 76.5cm Height 74.5cm Not in perfect condition, it has a chip or two in the woodwork and some scratches but nothing super major. I've removed the legs to make it easier to store. To assemble it you will need a screwdriver, I had to use two different size bits as the bolts and screws have different sized drives. Folding Three Tier Drying Rack. (Lipson PL4)

Folding Three Tier Drying Rack which is missing it's wheels. The wheels kept falling off so I've removed them its slightly wobbly but if you place it on an even surface it's still perfectly usable and due to how it locks in place while up it won't fall over. I've added a zip tie to each hinge as something the drying part would fall off and this has fixed the issue. Single Metal Side Step/Running Board taken off a 1995 Mitsubishi Pajero my parents had years ago and has just been hanging around ever since. It has been stored outside for some of that time. It has some corrosion on it and I believe the struts that would have attached it to the vehicle as well as one of the plastic end parts are no longer there but the board itself still feels strong so I imagine it could still be used for something. Drop Leaf Table in need of repairs. The top of the table will need to be completely replaced which will require new wood and hinges so this could be nice for someone looking for a project to work on. I do have some wood which could possibly be used with it but it's not the same type or color. The middle part of top is secured in place with six screws. I have removed this part for the time being as it's easier to store with it off but I can install it back in place prior to collection if requested. Dimensions: Width 99cm Height 75cm Depth 31.5cm With the legs extend out they measure 48cm on either side of the middle top part so this gives you the option to make the full size of the top be around 115cm width or more if you wanted there to be an overhang. Extending Bypass Loppers & Shears (Lipson PL4)

I've got some extending bypass loppers and shears I no longer need but there are some issues with them which will need to be addressed before they can be used. With the loppers I think the bolts holding it together just need to be tightened up as they're a bit loose, the blade is a bit rusty but it still cuts fine also the locking mechanism which holds the handles together has broken off but this doesn't affect their use. The issue with the shears is that the button on the left handle that you press to extend it has come off making it impossible to lock it into place so the extending part just slides up and down loosely, I still have the part so it may be possible to re-attach it. If it can't be re-attached then the extending mechanism could possibly be permanently fixed in place maybe with a bolt, the blades are also a bit rusty. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

Toddler's Bed Frame (Lipson PL4)

Toddler's bed frame. Recommended max child weight for this bed frame is 20kg. I don't have the mattress for it so I am unable to include it but it takes a 140cm x 70cm size mattress. It has various points of cosmetic imperfections (see photos). I had to do a small repair on one part where there was a small split in the wood which I fixed by screwing it back in place (see photo showing this). I couldn't locate all of the original bolts so I've replaced them with some I had which has led to the head type being different on some of them. You will need an allen key or equivalent bit as well a phillips head screwdriver, I'm not sure what size it is but can show you the one I used to assemble it when you collect the bed. I've got some bypass loppers and shears I no longer need, but there are some issues with them, which will need addressing before they can be used.
