(slightly bust) ladies swim fins (Britannia)

I've worn these things for many years, to swim in the river; but last summer, apparently my feet got too big – one of the fins split down the heel.

I was planning to repair it with superglue and a leather strip ... but since they're now too small for me, I figured they'd just break again.

My shoe size WAS 8.5, and that's what these would fit comfortably – if you feel like fixing them. I know swimming season seems like a long way off!
