It is adjustable for height and tilt, and can be locked into place or swivel freely.
Faint stains in some corners and edges but generally it is clean and in good condition.
Outside the dumpster shed closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. Please include your available pickup time if you want me to let you in the parking gate. I’m available in the afternoon. You can also access the parking lot on Tuesday during the day when the gate is open for trash collection.
