Old wood laths (for kindling?) (Newtown, Reading, RG1.)

A large quantity of old wooden laths which I have recently removed from an old lath and plaster ceiling. The internet suggests these make good kindling. They are certainly dry. So before I take them to the tip I thought I would offer them here.

Please note that some of the laths still have nails in so you will need to remove those before burning as kindling.

You will need to bring a large robust sack or box to collect these, and some protective gloves to handle them.

Collection only from RG1 3LJ.

If you are interested please state when you can collect. Not suitable for doorstep collection as they will be useless as kindling if they get wet.
