Core strengthener exercise equipment (Craven Road CV21)

I no longer use it so it’s just gathering dust. It folds flat by unclipping elastic cords but I struggle to reconnect them due to mobility issues in my hands and don’t have the space to keep unfolded. Has an instruction booklet with exercise instructions in it
