Free: Core strengthener exercise equipment (Craven Road CV21) Gifted I no longer use it so it’s just gathering dust. It folds flat by unclipping elastic cords but I struggle to reconnect them due to mobility issues in my hands and don’t have the space to keep unfolded. Has an instruction booklet with exercise instructions in it

Free: Desk (Craven Road CV21) Withdrawn White ikea desk top , a few marks as I’ve used it as a craft desk , sat on top of 2 ikea Alex units. One has a large file drawer. Desk top is 140cm x 60cm and is just resting on top of the units which are 75cm high with the desk top Collection only from town centre and I’m sorry I’m unable to help lift it with you

Free: Dining table and 6 chairs (Craven Road CV21) Expired 136 cm diameter round table and 6 chairs Previously been upcycled and painted. Still sturdy and fully usable, just looking a bit tired and ideal for further painting/ up cycling. Table top is removable for transport but a van would be needed to transport it. Lovely table, I’m just getting rid of it as I’m getting a new one and would hate to see this taken to landfill Collection from ton centre

It’s got a steam vent and a section to put water in so food doesn’t dry out when reheating. It’s just too big for my microwave and didn’t fit properly over the food, so not suitable for a compact microwave
