Brass-tone cast metal with several sections of black stone-look material. Lamp is about 10" tall at present, maybe 4.5" square at the ornate base.
Needs rewiring, including a new bulb-and-switch mechanism for the top, which I guess will bring lamp height to 14". The cord wants replacing, too. And you'll want a shade.
Otherwise, what remains is in pretty good condition, if not our style.
