Summit child carseat.
This carseat is more than 10 years old and this model is no longer being manufactured. I checked at https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls?carseat=Summit and there are no recalls but there is an "investigation" whatever that means.

MFG: L#11 B 525598 05/09/2012.
