Armchair (Kendal LA9)

The armchair is comfortable & has the appropriate fire certificates. It is a little threadbare on one the arms (see photo). It could be used as it is, with a throw or would also be ideal for someone wanting an upholstery project. I am clearing my Mum’s flat & have kept one of her chairs but sadly have no space for this one
