Free: Washing up bowl & dish rack (Kendal LA9) Addis standard size cream washing up bowl & dish rack. The dish rack is 38cm x 48cm. Both have the odd scuff mark from use, but the overall condition is good

Free: Woollen blanket to fit standard double bed (Kendal LA9) Promised A dusty pink Lan-Air-Cel blanket. This is quite an old blanket, but is in a good, clean condition with only a couple of 'snags', the worst (see photo) being close to the edge of the blanket & hidden if you use it on a bed

Free: Comic Sheep Ornament (Kendal LA9) A small red ceramic comic sheep. There is a small crack in the ceramic pot where the front right leg (as you look at it) is connected to the body (see photograph - the cream on the ceramic is part of the glazing). This isn't visible as you view the sheep from the front. Otherwise in good condition. Approx 12cm high x 7cm wide x 9cm deep

Free: Double quilt cover & 2 pillow cases (Kendal LA9) Freshly laundered (but not ironed) cream, yellow, green & blue bedding. Very well used, but still in reasonable condition. The pillow cases are faded on the upper side, but have retained their colour on the back. Could be used back upwards, the only difference being there is no border on the back. I've downsized to a single bed so no longer have a use for these items

Well used, but still in good condition. I've downsized to a single bed so no longer have a use for these items

Free: Mugs & Jugs (Kendal LA9) Gifted 12 pottery / china mugs, 3 pottery jugs & a pot gravy boat. Various designs & colours. All in good condition & useable. They don't all have to be taken together, just take your pick. They were mainly my late Mum's & also a couple of mine. I already have an adequate collection & sadly don't have the space to keep the rest

Free: Double Fleece Electric Blanket (Kendal LA9) Gifted A little used Lakeland Luxury Fleece fitted electric blanket for use on a double bed. It has dual controls for the heating, so it is possible to heat only one side of the bed. It is in very good condition, but I have no further use for it as I have downsized to a single bed

Free: Brass coloured metal double bed base & frame (Kendal LA9) Gifted This base & frame is in good condition. The base sits 38cm from the floor & is 133cm at its highest point. It is a standard double bed size measuring 190cm long by 135cm wide. It has wooden slats on the base & can be dismantled, but will need a large car or van to transport. I no longer have a use for it as I am downsizing to a single bed. There is no deadline for collection, but I would appreciate sooner rather than later Thanks

Free: bt phone (Kendal LA9) Gifted This BT digital cordless phone with answer machine is in good condition & was working when I disconnected it. I have put some batteries in the handset & tested it & everything seems to be displaying as it should, so I presume it will work when attached to a phone line. I have upgraded to fibre broadband & no longer have a home phone line so this handset is no use to me

Free: Armchair (Kendal LA9) Expired The armchair is comfortable & has the appropriate fire certificates. It is a little threadbare on one the arms (see photo). It could be used as it is, with a throw or would also be ideal for someone wanting an upholstery project. I am clearing my Mum’s flat & have kept one of her chairs but sadly have no space for this one

Free: Inkjet Photo Paper (Kendal LA9) Gifted Variety of Inkjet Paper. A4 150gsm matt, A4 180gsm matt, A4 240gsm gloss & 10cm x 15cm (4" x 6") 240 & 260gsm gloss. Boxes aren't completely full, but not far off. Will split or can go to one home. I've had them a while (not good at throwing things away) but they are still in good condition

However, it is comfortable & has appropriate fire certificates. Could be used with a cover or would be ideal for someone wanting an upholstery project. Free: Walking socks (Kendal LA9) Gifted I have about 15 pairs of Bridgedale & 2 pairs of Sealskinz walking socks, all size 5-8 needing a new home. Use varies, but some are almost brand new. If you can save some of them from a textile bank that would be great. No need to take them all. Happy for them to be taken by a variety of people. Disposing of them because my foot shape has changed & they sadly no longer suit my needs

Free: Mother & Child Floor Lamp (Kendal LA9) Gifted 6’ antique brass colour light with one uplighter & one reading lamp. In good condition with only a few small rust marks on base. Comes with some spare halogen bulbs (3 uplighter & 2 reading). I also have the instructions & tools to dismantle. I have inherited another similar silver coloured light which is a better match with my decor, so this one is now surplus to requirements

Free: Indian 100% Wool Rug (Kirkby Lonsdale LA6) Gifted This rug is in good condition except for a burn mark (see photo) about half way along the longer edge of the rug & about 30cm in from that edge. The rug is 2.59m x 1.68m in size. The mark is unsightly, but if furniture is to be placed on the rug it can be easily hidden. I’m clearing my Mum’s flat & don’t have room for the rug at home which is why I’m listing it

Free: Turquoise Rug (Kirkby Lonsdale LA6) Gifted The rug is 9’ 6” x 6’ 6” & is in good condition but has some signs of wear where it hasn’t been protected by furniture & people have walked across it. It belonged to my Mum & I am clearing her flat. I sadly don’t have space for it at home

The bed is 4’ x 6’ 3” with a headboard & 2 under bed storage drawers. It is a fabric bed with the appropriate fire certificate & the fabric is a green/turquoise colour. It is a specialist bed marketed for elderly people with mobility issues. The base is hinged to assist with removal
