Magnet fishing kit (GL1)

I'd like to have a go at magnet fishing. It's the sort of hobby that I suspect gets packed away and forgotten about, so I'm asking here incase anyone has a magnet fishing magnet and rope tucked away in a shed that I could rehome please?
