Titan wet n dry vac needs repair (Shirley CR0)

Only 2-3 years old, used for sawdust extraction. It was very powerful and effective. The motor started making a fluttering sound then lost power. After that it no longer turns on. Physically good condition. Comes with whatever attachments I can find. Does anyone want to try resurrecting it?
