Loft hatch and surround (Bussage GL6)

See photos. This is the type that you need a ladder for… push it up, turn it round and pass it back down through the aperture (or leave it in the loft) before accessing your loft space. It consists of a “frame” which measures 73cm x 65.5cm and the inside dimensions of that (where the hatch itself sits) are 61.5cm x 54cm. The frame trim is 2cm deep and the inside edge of that (which goes up into the lift) measures 9cm. It’s made of fibreglass so it shouldn’t need painting. As you can see, the inside of the hatch itself is insulated with polystyrene. A mobile number would be very helpful if you’re interested. I can text you the address and directions.
