4 packages of Wise packaged emergency food; Hearty Tortilla, Apple Cinnamon Cereal, Creamy A'LA King & rice & Brown Sugar & Maple Multi grain. All you have to do is add water, I sometimes add meats to these packages also..great for camping or if you run out of groceries these are great to have in the pantry.
