Clarophone Irish Tenor Bano (Highbury N5)

I received this from a kind neighbour but it's time to let it go.

It's missing a couple of tensioners but seems okay. I can't see any cracks, neck seems straight and is firmly attached.
I'm no musician though so bear that in mind. GDAE iirc; I vaguely remember something to do with "Chicago Tuning" which you may need to look into in order to tune it correctly - the previous owner struggled.
