B&D KA220E variable-speed detail sander. It runs if you turn the speed up, but is often reluctant at low speeds. Giving it a nudge sometimes helps start it, which makes me think the motor brushes might need renewing.
Comes with flatiron-shaped base and a round one, with a number of new sanding sheets for both bases.
