This is not the best pressure cooker but it was the first one I tried and have now replaced it with a better one. Fine for someone who wants to try pressure cooking out (really cuts down on electricity use and it’s amazing what you can cook in them). I’ve got the Instruction book.
Nowhere near as scary as the old type!
