Free: Back ache reliever (Bisley Road GL5) Supposed to relieve back ache from sitting too long with bad posture. Can’t vouch for it as I don’t remember using it but someone might like to give it a go. You basically lie on it for a short period to put your lumber curve back and restore flexibility. Includes the user guide.

Free: 3l Lakeland Pressure cooker (Bisley Road GL5) Gifted This is not the best pressure cooker but it was the first one I tried and have now replaced it with a better one. Fine for someone who wants to try pressure cooking out (really cuts down on electricity use and it’s amazing what you can cook in them). I’ve got the Instruction book. Nowhere near as scary as the old type!

Free: Pond iris (Bisley Road GL5) Gifted I’ve just split up this iris which lives in my pond and one piece will be going back in. It has lovely white flowers with a deep purple centre. There are 3 splits bagged up ready for collection but they can obviously go separately unless someone has a big pond
