Jerusalem artichokes (Eastbourne BN20)
I dug up too many to eat at one time, so they’ve gone a bit shrivelled but plant them and you’ll get a fat crop of 5 or do per roof next January. Easy to grow, plant them one year dig them up. January, plant some for next year and eat the rest. Summerdown / Old Town location
