CFL black and red (Northwest Seattle, phinney)

1 black lightbulb, cfl and 2 red lightbulbs, cfl. ( compact fluorescent bulbs. ) The red puts out a nice glow through the shade. The black light bulb, not so much, but that must be the nature of these bulbs.
