Non working salt lamp (Bellrock area Malden)

I posted this before but the person didn’t show up. Basically it seems that the part where the bulb goes got particles from the rocks on it. I don’t know if it could be fixed or maybe someone could use the salt rocks? I don’t want to throw it away so giving it a shot here
