Juicer. Big, heavy and old (4 miles south of Petworth)

This is a hefty twin gear juicer. See the photo alongside a standard wine bottle to give you an idea of the size. It's very heavy, so really needs the space to be out on the worktop.
It's old but very sturdy.
It makes excellent juice. The fruit is crushed between two augurs, so it's cold pressed rather than the centrifugal type.
It works best with a mix of hard and soft fruits, e.g. apples, pears, carrots with softer fruit. Using only soft fruit clogs up the screens which catch the pulp.
