Lampshade no. 2. 4 mls sth Petworth (4 miles south of Petworth) 4 miles south of Petworth. A Laura Ashley, gold colour lampshade in as new condition. The fabric has a herringbone pattern with small gold stars. See photo. The inside is beige card. Suitable for a table lamp or ceiling pendant. Measures 30 cm diameter at the bottom, 15 cm diameter at the top and 22 cm high.

The inside is cream card. Suitable for a table lamp or ceiling pendant. Depending on your light fitting it will probable need a reducer ring which is available at John Lewis for £1. Measures 25 cm diameter at the bottom, 19 cm diameter at the top and 19 cm high.

Juicer. Big, heavy and old (4 miles south of Petworth) Gifted This is a hefty twin gear juicer. See the photo alongside a standard wine bottle to give you an idea of the size. It's very heavy, so really needs the space to be out on the worktop. It's old but very sturdy. It makes excellent juice. The fruit is crushed between two augurs, so it's cold pressed rather than the centrifugal type. It works best with a mix of hard and soft fruits, e.g. apples, pears, carrots with softer fruit. Using only soft fruit clogs up the screens which catch the pulp. See here for the modern versions
