Foam soundproofing (Stretford M32)

I was gifted this being told it's soundproofing I've had it quite some time used it because of an unpleasant neighbour who complained constantly about the noise I was making they have now moved so I no longer need it.

I've provided they photo of it next to the door for perspective.
