Office swivel Chair (Abingdon OX14)

Standard office chair.
A bit dusty from being in our garage.
Lever puts seat up and down.
I can't seem to get the lever to work to adjust the angle of the back rest and fix it in place, but it is still perfectly useable (and potentially easily fixable).
