USB(2) multi-way connector hub (Tiffield NN12)

Some modern laptops don’t seem to have many USB ports. Here’s a solution – plug this into 1 USB port and get the use of 4.

You can see, from one of the pictures, that a drive letter is assigned by the hub controller to each connected USB device. A green LED shows on the hub for each available port.
The only point to watch is that the USB ‘mother’ port, on the laptop, etc, needs to provide enough power. The more USB devices connected, the more power will be needed. Some laptops have one USB port set up for SSD, that’ll have plenty enough power.
