I think the bag is Edwardian but not certain, definitely old enough to be antique. It’s black silk with a cream silk lining, and diamonte on the clasp. Inside there’s a purse which is attached, and also a little mirror, though the glass is badly cracked. The hat is small sized, Indian, green velvet with beautiful wire embroidery and its 1970s. Useful as theatre costume/props perhaps? Or the dressing up box?
