Little metal tins and glass jars (Witton le Wear DL15)

There are five of these little tins and two glass jars, for storing herbs and spices and I don’t want to split. Tins are 8cm high x 6cm wide x 4cm deep. Jars a bit difficult to measure due to them being pot-bellied, but height is 7.5cm and circumference at widest point approx 21cm. They take a supermarket sized jar of herbs or spices. Table/laptop desk (Witton le Wear DL15)

This is a very adjustable table/laptop desk, bought for working from home during lockdown but not used since retirement. It’s on castors, legs fit under chair/bed/sofa, and the top can be turned to any direction. The top is height adjustable and it tilts in both directions. Top is in two sections which tilt independently of each other (angle your laptop and still have a flat surface for your coffee). The width across between the two legs is 60cm plus the legs. Each leg is 46cm long (front to back in the pic). The table top is 69cm x 40cm in total (the smaller section is 20 x 40 approx). It’s a nifty bit of furniture. Doesn’t have to be a laptop desk, could be used for breakfast in bed or as a crafting table. Collection only from near Witton le Wear and it is possible you may need to carry it down from an upstairs room. Will try to bring it down myself but mobility isn’t very good so might not be able to. This is a light mustard coloured, velour, cushion measuring 56cm x 56cm. I don’t know if it has a fire label or not but it was bought in the past five years (may have been Dunelm but don’t quote me on that), so it possibly does have one inside. Vintage silk handbag and velvet embroidered hat (Witton le Wear DL15)

I think the bag is Edwardian but not certain, definitely old enough to be antique. It’s black silk with a cream silk lining, and diamonte on the clasp. Inside there’s a purse which is attached, and also a little mirror, though the glass is badly cracked. The hat is small sized, Indian, green velvet with beautiful wire embroidery and its 1970s. I’m told that Tatty Devine is a sought after designer brand, and that their pieces retain their value (whatever it might be!). This was a very generous gift a few years ago but it’s not really my taste so it’s never been worn and is still in original box as you can see. It’s made from acrylic, and the chain is just metal (not silver or anything fancy). It’s an owl, if it’s not obvious from the photo. This is a foam (not memory foam), shaped pillow, sold as an orthopaedic neck support pillow. Made in China, the label says “healthy pillow” but the rest is in Chinese characters so I don’t know about flammability etc. The cover supplied (as shown) appears to be nylon. It’s clean (smoke free, pet free home), and only tried once with a pillow case on it (wasn’t high enough for me). Sorry, it was a bit hard to photograph, but as you can see it curves in the middle so the bit under your neck is higher for support. It measures 57cm by 35cm, by 9cm deep. I’m thinking it could be used as a garden kneeler (but not with my knees!) if no good as a pillow. Collection only please from near Witton le Wear.
