Sneaker Boots 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

Well they look like a sneaker and a boot had a baby. Black lace up AND zippered, weather proof, ankle high. I got these from this site's most prolific contributor also but as much as I like them my feet just don't fit. They're a size 8M so maybe a size 7 or 7 1/2 will have better luck than me. Treaded sole.
I am 4 blocks from the 145th Broadway local #1 train station.
I am on the 5th floor of a walk-up but there are only 4 flights. MAKE SURE YOU CAN CLIMB THEM!
