High Chair with harness (Elmstead BR7)

39 years old but clean and in good condition except (a) the plastic seat cover has yellowed a bit over the years, and (b) one of the ferrules is missing. The long legs can be removed and folded for ease of transport or storage. The tray is also removable. In both cases they are held on with wing bolts that can be tightened or loosened by hand without any tools.
