Horse Chestnut sapling. (Burley LS4)

There's a horse chestnut tree planted itself in my allotment and I don't want it there.
It is small enough to dig up and at last look, is not yet too late in the spring to do it, but it needs to be done soon... or maybe next year a bit earlier.

Do the rules here allow us to request a contribution for a pot?
If nobody comes for it tomorrow, that may be the best solution, but it'll need quite a big pot and they're quite pricey...
