Woodstain: instant coffee! (Balsall Heath B13)

I used some instant coffee to stain a wooden floor and it was such a lovely result I thought I'd see if anyone wanted the rest of it (you could have it to drink if you like but it's not great). There is 180g of coffee granules in a plastic tub. From my experience this should be enough for a good sized floor, eg up to 6m square, or furniture etc.

The ratio I used was about 60g coffee and 500ml water. The floor coloration is uneven because it was uneven to start with - it was quite easy to get even coloration with a brush. After staining I put Osmo Polyx Oil on it but you could use various types of oil or varnish from what I have read.

Collect from B13 near Ladypool Rd or I could drop off within a mile or two.
