Request: TV bracket OR plywood offcut (Balsall Heath B13) Withdrawn Hi, we need EITHER a TV bracket with bolt holes at 15cm gaps and 20cm gaps (VESA pattern 15cm and 20cm) OR a piece of plywood around 1cm thick and 25cm square. Free: Carpet underlay about 10 sq m (Balsall Heath B13) Expired We have some 5mm thick rubber underlay for carpet which was laid in a room measuring 3.65 x 3.05 so over 10 square metres of it. Most in good condition and still holds its shape, one section is a bit dusty and there are a couple of tears (one is quite long) but it still fits togther so you can use it torn. It's still in the lengths and widths it was laid in so could be reused. Rolled up ready to collect. We also have a) a piece of 1cm thick foam carpet underlay, haven't measured but maybe 2m by 1m, and b) the old cream polyester carpet in poor condition and cut into strips of over a metre wide in the unlikely event that's any use to anyone. Collect from Moseley near Ladypool Road.

Free: Pillows (old) (Balsall Heath B13) Expired Two pillows (used/old) in case anyone wants them - one slightly stained, the other little used but quite a cheap one. I have three or so more old pillows, including two ancient stripey feather ones, if anyone has a use for them e.g. animal bedding. Collection from B13 near Ladypool Rd or could possibly deliver.

Free: Fabrics - various (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Some good quality vintage/retro fabrics from clearing elderly friends' house, all clean and good condition: - sand-coloured canvas type fabric142cm by 87cm - 2 x Paisley covers from sofa seat cushions, 55cm square - I x large cushion cover in dark blue patterned fabric, about 74cm square - pale pillowcase with minimal floral pattern - white and red striped teatowel, looks unused. Collection from B13 near Ladypool Rd. Willing to split if needed. Also some less good pillows (see separate post).

Free: wardrobe/shelves 1930s/40s (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Dark brown wooden wardrobe/shelves, 1930s-40s I think. Well built and good condition for its age with a few minor scratches/marks. Measures (to nearest half cm) 152.5cm high, 92cm wide, 48.5cm deep. The clothes rail is fitted front to back rather than side to side and there are handy shelves on the right as shown. Free to collector. Collection from near Ladypool Rd, B13. Please do not ask if it will fit in your car. You have the measurements, so you'll have to work that out....

Free: Blue LED string lights (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted 15m string of blue LED lights with flashing, twinkling, steady etc modes. 10m cable before the lights start so 25m in all. Make is LDJ. Box says indoor/ourdoor. Tested them and they work. One wire of the 5 has come loose and I have protected the end with electrical tape. I also have part of the box with safety info, transformer details etc.

Request: icing nozzles/bag (Balsall Heath B13) Expired If anyone has a spare couple of icing nozzles (esp star shaped or similar), with or without bag, within a couple of miles of B13, I'd be grateful - for my annual cake decorating. As it's only once a year it doesn't feel right to buy new. Thank you.

Free: Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016 ish) (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Black Galaxy A3 phone, nice and small but obviously too old to fit many apps on it alongside the factory supplied ones, unless you can root it. Good working order but three cracks on screen - well held together by screen protector so doesn't affect touchscreen. Happy to give you a USB-c cable to go with it. Factory reset and all data wiped. Free: Tropical fish shower curtain material - kids' activities? (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Two sections of clean, clear PVC shower curtain material with colourful tropical fish decoration. About 1.8 metres in length and about 95cm width, unsure of width. It hasn't been used as a shower curtain so is clean and good condition. Craft project? Kids activities? This is now in Moseley/Balsall Heath - was previously offering it in Digbeth but thought more people might want it in this area. Could deliver locally, by bike, if needed.

Free: Pondweed (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Pondweed and marsh marigolds available. Marsh marigolds are marginal ie they grow at the water’s edge. I think the weed is called parrot feather and it’s quite good for a small pond as it doesn’t grow too big. Free: Wood, chipboard, plywood (Digbeth B5) Expired We have lots of bits of timber, chipboard and plywood available. Some painted, some not, but nearly all treated in some way or another so NOT for burning - can be used to make stuff. Quite a few pieces of chipboard that used to be some shelving, and could probably be put back together as such. The pieces pictured at the front measure 70cm by 30cm and it's good strong thick chipboard. One circular piece of exterior (I think) ply that measures about 5-6 foot in diameter (I can check if you need me to). You can have as much or as little as you like. It's in Digbeth, in the clean air zone, so you'd need a relatively low-polluting vehicle to collect it.

Free: Houseplants: sprengeri, palm (Balsall Heath B13) Gifted Two houseplants available- one asparagus fern (sprengeri) and one palm (type of dracaena I think) about a metre tall and needs repotting. I am keeping the pot the palm is in so will move it to a plastic bag or tub when you are due to collect.

Free: Lever arch files, ringbinders, hanging files etc (Digbeth B5) Gifted Re-offering due to timewasters, but also slightly changed offer: we have some lever arch files, ringbinders, hanging files, envelope folders and plastic wallets available in Digbeth. There are around 10 lever arch files, all useable condition but some scruffier and some smarter. 3 ringbinders and a bunch of hanging files. We might have a box file or 2 if you were interested. I would be willing to bring these out of Digbeth to my home in B13, but as I travel by bike and am part time, you'd need to allow potentially a few days for me to do this on a day when I can load up my bike etc etc.
