Black&Decker 36V batteries (OX10 Cholsey)

These 36V batteries are working, but not perfect. They basically only charge to 2 bars which is acceptable to my strimmer and hedge trimmer, but not the lawn mower. Thus, they are unlikely to work with other very power-hungry gadgets such as power drills.
