King Size Duvet Cover, 100% Cotton (Harrogate HG1)

King size duvet cover.
Good quality, pure (Laura Ashley) cotton.
Homemade by me.
The fabric is in great condition.
Home environment has always been smoke- and pet-free.
For opening and closing the cover, I fitted it with a very long zip. This has now broken irreparably. A new zip, a series of poppers or a length of popper tape needs to be fitted. Please see the photos showing how the stitching has come undone beyond each end of the zip because I continued to use the cover after the zip had given up the ghost.
Fitting a new zip or replacing the zip with poppers or popper tape is a very straightforward sewing job for anyone used to sewing. I am not bothering to do this simply because I can't use this cover size.
