I got this a few years ago but mercifully my pinched nerve went off just as I ordered it and I never used it. Thus it's "as new".
I bought it from "monoclinic" on Amazon, and I see that the same model is currently sold from 66fit, and there is even a youtube about if, search for " 66fit Neck Traction Unit" and you'll see.
