Small Welder (Bellevue EH7)

Hello. I need to weld some iron railings and a gate. Does anyone have a small / medium welder they no longer require. I have a good working knowledge and practice with power tools but have nothing to do with welding apart from good gloves. I will also need a mask and any rods, flux or other essential items. Many thanks.
