Old PC (Lower East side)

I am looking for a computer to use for work purposes. I am a unemployed web designer that was homeless and just recently got a place. I am looking for work currently and if I was able to get a PC I could work independently for now until I found employment. If anyone has anything at all I would be forever grateful.
